Our defects liability and warranty conditions are described in our Business terms and conditions, especially in articles no. 7 (for consumers) and no. 8 (for entrepreneurs).

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that the last day for sending parcels with guaranteed delivery before Christmas within the Czech Republic is Thursday, December 18. Orders received by noon on Thursday will be shipped with delivery before Christmas.

Our office will be closed from Tuesday, December 23, 2025, to Sunday, January 4, 2026. We will respond to your emails after January 5.
